HIV finder says Corona is caused by laboratory error in China

French Professor Luc Montagnier, one of the discoverers of HIV, has seen a great debate since Friday in the scientific community, as a result of his announcement that the new Corona virus was caused by a mistake made in a laboratory. According to Montagnier, Nobel Prize winner for medicine, the emerging Corona virus was caused by an attempt to produce a vaccine against HIV.
Montagnier confirmed in an interview with two sites concerned with medical affairs, that the evidence for this is the presence of elements of the HIV virus in the genome of the new virus, as well as elements of “malaria”. Professor Montagnier says that these characteristics of the emerging coronavirus cannot occur naturally, adding: “The accident may have occurred in a laboratory in Wuhan, China.”
However, the epidemiologist Etienne Simon-Laurier of the Pasteur Institute in Paris says, “This does not make sense, as we find these small elements in other viruses of the same family, in other corona viruses in nature.” “They are parts of the genome that actually resemble many chains in the genetic characteristics of bacteria, viruses and plants.”
“If we took a word from a book and it looked like a word in another book, does that mean we copied it?” Asked the official in charge of the evolutionary genetic structure of viruses at the Pasteur Institute.
The hypothesis that the virus is caused by genetic manipulations has been in effect for some time and it has been excluded thanks to the analysis of the virus’s genome provided by the Chinese.
Montagnier, who previously worked at the Pasteur Institute, won the 2008 Nobel Prize for his diagnosis of the virus responsible for AIDS with his colleague, Professor Francoise Barre-Senussi.
Since he won the Nobel Prize for Medicine in 2008 with researcher Francois Barry-Seneceau, Professor Luc Montagnier has faced charges of “deviation”.
In 2009 he issued controversial theories about the origin of HIV and how to be infected with it. In 2017, 100 academics condemned his anti-vaccine attitudes and asked doctors to sanction him.
