Doctors at a German hospital have revealed new information related to tests for Corona, and to show that people have the virus.

Doctors of the University Hospital Freiburg in “Deutsche Medzinche Fuchenstreft” said that nasal, mouth or pharyngeal swabs, common to test for infection with the Corona virus, may give negative results for a case who is already infected with the Corona virus.

Doctors said this was already evident in a HIV-positive person from Freiburg, where the results of three smears from the pharynx were negative.

Doctors therefore recommended analyzing other stool samples or deep respiratory secretions, if the regular smears showed negative results repeatedly, despite the justified suspicion of the occurrence of an emerging corona.

They pointed out that the data of the 46-year-old patient was talking about coughing and fever when he reviewed the hospital, a week after the emergence of these symptoms. After three negative smears result, the doctors confirmed the presence of the Corona virus genes, after analyzing the respiratory secretions “phlegm”.

Doctors said that the symptoms of the Corona virus, had disappeared from the patient, upon last examination, despite the presence of risk factors due to obesity, high blood pressure, high blood fats, and high sugar, but he survived without major complications to his health.

Dr. Daniel Hornos said mouth, nose or pharyngeal swabs are becoming common, but there are growing signs of unreliability.

He advised to try deeper tests, on patients, especially if the CT results indicate that the patient is infected with Corona virus
